  They overtightened the hub nut and crushed the wheel bearing. What did this mean for me? MY GODDAMN WHEEL CAME OFF IN TRAFFIC! I cannot even begin to overstate this: MY WHEEL CAME OFF MY CAR!
  
  The manager's response: wheel bearings should be changed on every service; and the wheel bearing in my make of car are really crappy and so this happens. The resolution? I HAD TO PAY! FOR EVERYTHING! Did I mention that my WHEEL CAME OFF IN TRAFFIC‽
  
  So after I had the car repaired I went to Fair Trade Queensland for advice and assistance on the matter. KTaS would not return any of their calls or email and refused to see them.
